Sorting Through the Data

Our team faced the challenge of sourcing our users for this project. During the process, we came to realize that the user base we were serving was fairly niche, so finding potential users to speak with was quite a challenge.

We found that in this situation, it was important for us to speak to as many users as we could, even if not everyone fit perfectly into our target audience restraints. Instead of looking for the perfect user to interview, it was our job to ask better questions and understand our users' responses in their context. Just because someone wasn't a perfect fit doesn't mean that we couldn't glean valuable insights from their experiences and stories.
