Synthesizing Our Findings

After interviewing our users, we synthesized our findings with the creation of several artifacts, including two user personas, a user empathy map, user stories, and the creation of a potential user task flow.

These exercises helped ground our team so that we could move forward with and prioritize our specific customer needs in mind.
