2. App Payment Confirmation

This platform would allow users to pay for drive-thru orders with their phone app with the help of IoT technology.

IoT would detect returning users’ phone IDs as they entered the drive-thru. As soon as users placed their order at the mic, they would receive an alert on their phone. Once opened, users could review their order and pay.

Though still completely contactless and relatively convenient, this concept required users to complete more steps. Also, users were not fond of using their phones while driving.
